Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was received. Refunds related to order cancellations, as outlined in the cancellation policy or for any other reason, will be issued within 7 working days once the amount becomes refundable.
Cancellation Policy
At Kroshan Forex Ltd, we strive to assist our customers as much as possible. However, due to the volatile nature of financial products, once an order is confirmed by both parties, it cannot be canceled.
- Sale Orders: Can only be canceled at the current buying price of the same currency.
- Purchase Orders: Can only be canceled at the current sale price of the same currency.
Please note, if the necessary KYC documents are not provided in original within two days of placing the order, the order may be canceled.
